About Greg

Greg was born and raised in a rural farming community in Pennsylvania. He started his cross cultural career by serving among the poor in Honduras as a 16 year old. He helped found Caleb Project while studying at Penn State University. He taught English in Libya in 1980-81. He was President of Caleb Project from 1983 to 2006. Caleb Project gave him regular opportunities to coach people who had entered cultures different than their own. From 2007 to 2011 Greg served as VP at Partners International where he met many wonderful international indigenous leaders. He also enjoys serving as an Adjunct Professor of Cross Cultural Ministry and World Religions at Whitworth University. He completed his Doctor of Ministry degree in 2004. He and his wife, Nancy, have four adult children.

Currently, Greg is primarily invested in enabling entrepreneurs in emerging markets with Anda Leadership. At least for now, “home” for Greg and Nancy, his wife of 30 years, is Spokane, WA.

Greg writes to inspire and inform and hopes that his readers will be encouraged and find personal points of application.
